Stephanie Stinson Esq.

Stephanie Stinson Esq.

Manassas, Virginia

Stephanie grew up in Spotsylvania, Virginia, and after spending four years attending boarding school in Richmond, returned to Fredericksburg for her undergraduate education.  She graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a Philosophy/Pre-Law degree, and attended law school at Regent University in Virginia Beach. While at Regent, she served as a Notes and Comments Editor on the Law Review and as a board member on the Alternate Dispute Resolution Board.

During law school, Stephanie gained valuable insight to the practice of law by serving as an intern for a Juvenile & Domestic Relations Judge in Prince William County, working at a local law firm, and volunteering for the Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia.  From the time she was twelve years old through law school, Stephanie worked at her parents’ local insurance office as an administrative assistant, licensed insurance agent, and even as the mascot at local events in the community.

After law school, Stephanie served as a law clerk to the Honorable Steven S. Smith in the Circuit Court for the Thirty-First Judicial Circuit for one year.  After her clerkship concluded in August 2016, she joined Donna Dougherty Law, P.C., which merged into the present day firm of Northern Virginia Law, P.C.
